• HorsepowerSEO will offer SEO services to the Client, aiming to enhance the search engine ranking and visibility of the Client’s website. This will be accomplished through the utilization of targeted keywords and phrases.

• In order to receive professional SEO services, the Client agrees to provide the following:

• Grant administrative/backend access to the website for the purpose of content and structure analysis.
• Permission for making changes for optimization purposes and allow direct communication with any third parties.
• Allow unlimited access to existing website traffic statistics for analysis and tracking.
• Provide access to a client email address (@domain or gmail) for requesting links.
• We will need your permission to use your pictures, logos, trademarks, web images, and content for search engine optimization purposes. We believe that utilizing these materials will help improve our online visibility and enhance our marketing efforts. Your cooperation in granting us permission to use these assets would be greatly appreciated.

• The client needs to be aware of the following regarding SEO services:

• HorsepowerSEO has no control over the policies of search engines regarding the acceptance of websites or content, both currently and in the future.
• It is important to understand that search engines and directories have the ability to exclude client’s website from their search results or listings. This decision is made solely at the discretion of the search engine or directory. In other words, they have the authority to remove a website from their index or listings if they deem it necessary.
• Due to the competitiveness of certain keywords, changes in search engine algorithms, and other competitive factors, HorsepowerSEO cannot guarantee achieving the number one position or consistent top 10 positions for any specific Search term, Keyword or Phrase.
• If a client is interested in using premium listing services, such as paid directories, they have the option to do so. However, it’s important to note that any fees associated with these services, including expedited listing or inclusion, will be the responsibility of the client. If the client would like, HorsepowerSEO can provide a list of these expedited listing services upon request.

• HorsepowerSEO is not held accountable for any modifications made to the website by external parties that have a negative impact on the search engine rankings of the Client’s website.
• HorsepowerSEO will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
• HorsepowerSEO has the right to make changes to these terms and conditions whenever necessary. If any modifications occur, they will take effect immediately after being posted on our website.. It is the client’s responsibility to regularly review the terms and conditions for any updates or changes.
